Printing

At A4 all our garment printing is in-house enabling us to have excellent quality control & fast turnaround times.

We are able to print onto any location on a garment.

We use 2 different methods of printing:

Transfer Printing

This is a fantastic method of printing very small quantities (1 – 10 garments) usually a single colour print. Transfer printing is a much more cost effective method when only ordering in these quantities.

Screen Printing

This method of printing has no real boundaries within reason. We are able to print single colour, multiple colour and even reflective colours in quantities from 10 – 10000+ from as little as 0.35p per print.

As you will notice our pricing for screen printing clothing is substantially more cost effective than most other businesses advertising on the internet.

Single Colour Printing

This is the most cost effective method of branding your clothing. Many companies will change their corporate logo to a single colour especially when branding hi-visibility garments as they feel onto fluorescent clothing single colour has the most impact.

All our pricing on the website corresponds to a single colour print in 1 position on a garment.

Multicolour Printing

This style of printing will really bring your corporate identity to life where an exact match in colour and style is required. We are able to even reproduce photographic prints if you so wished.

Pricing

Printing is an exceptional method to brand clothing with either small or large logos extremely cost effectively.

All pricing on this website corresponds to a single colour print in 1 position on a garment.

We can print a single colour design from as little a 0.35p per garment.

Set-up Charges

There is a minimal one time set-up charge for custom decorated garments, this differs for screen printing and embroidery.

Many companies may claim to have NO set-up charges but you end up paying for them in the form of inflated per garment costs, especially on re-orders.

At A4 you do NOT pay any set-up charges on reorders.

Artwork

We accept artwork via email or on disc in the following formats:

• Illustrator AI
• EPS
• PDF

This is the preferred format and therefore no artwork charges apply.

If you have business cards or letterheads produced for your company the chances are your printers will have the logo in this format.

Artwork saved as a jpeg, bitmap or even supplied on paper will have to be re-drawn, therefore charges may apply.

Once your order is placed and we receive your artwork we will email you a sample layout for your approval before printing.
